It was a pleasure to work with you! We are happy to offer you web quality images from the shoot for free! Please continue reading to understand how to properly credit us and use the photos appropriately:
Photos may not be edited by anyone who is not Zastrow & Zastrow and they may not have filters applied to them. Automatic picture enhancement settings on smart phones is also not permitted as it changes the appearance of our retouching.
Only you organization has permission to use these photo files. It is illegal and harmful to our business to distribute these photos to other organizations, businesses, publications, or individuals including but not limited to the subjects in the photos and the organizations or businesses involved in this event. You may put any individuals, organizations, publications, or businesses in touch with us at laurazastrow@gmail.com if they would like to use the photos, and we will explain any permissions and charges to them.
HOW TO GIVE CREDIT
On websites and blogs
Please credit Zastrow & Zastrow (preferably, link to our business name to www.zastrowandzastrow.com) and Out Rochester on each page or blog post that a photo or set of photos is used.
